RICHIE JARVIS
SHOP OWNER/FOUNDER (HE/HIM)
The owner and founder of Trilogy Tattoos and Piercing is a born and raised Memphian. He graduated from Bartlett High School, where he was a standout in cross country and track & field. He attended college at Austin Peay State University. He also served his country in the US Navy. Afterwards, he worked on 2 different NHRA Top Fuel Funny Car Teams. In 1995, he embarked on a new journey of sobriety. In a last-ditch effort, he made a deal with god that if he stayed sober, god would take care of everything else. This deal led to the founding of Trilogy exactly 3 years after the deal was made, hence the name. It would be difficult to convince Richie that Trilogy was not divinely inspired, as he would keep his side of the bargain to this day.
Trilogy opened in June of 1998 with a few artists and a couple of piercers and has been a force to reckon with since, setting the standard for the tattoo and piercing industry in the 901 and surrounding areas. Trilogy has been voted locally as one of the top 3 tattoo and piercing studios every year since opening, with numerous awards from conventions and acknowledgments of their peers. Trilogy is currently in its 28th year of business and its founder will celebrate 31 years sober in June.

Cailey has been at Trilogy for a couple of years now, quickly learning as much as she can about the industry. She loves to do jewelry curations and custom orders, making sure she can understand exactly what the client is looking for so they walk away happy and sparkly. Her favorite curations are anything with gold and colorful gemstones!
When she's not working, she can be found playing cozy games, watching a new movie at the theatre, or hanging out with her two cats, Eevee and Layla.
EMERALD

Emerald started in 2025 after watching their mom, Paige, work the counter in the mid 2010's. Forever with an interest in art and fashion, their favorite task at work is jewelry curating. They love using brands like Buddha, Junipurr, and TAWAPA to create whimsical and unique piercing setups with any given theme.
Outside of work, they're busy listening to music, watching horror films, or exploring the outdoors with friends.
PAIGE

Paige has been working at the shop for over ten years. Assisting clients and ordering stock and custom jewelry are her favorite things to do while hanging out at the front desk. She loves ear weights (especially from Diablo), custom gold tops from Ember and Tawapa, and the shop's fun seasonal titanium CZ colors.
Paige is also a metalsmith and welder/welding instructor, and she enjoys creating eye-catching sterling silver jewelry with big, natural stones and larger-scale art crafted from steel and copper.

Max has been working at Trilogy for a few years now, and it's done nothing but make a positive impact on her. From greeting every customer with a smile on her face to playing around with her coworkers, she knows she will always have a good time at work.
Her favorite thing is helping clients pick out their jewelry; it's always so much fun trying to decide which piece should go where. Outside of work, she spends her days packed with sleepovers and hanging out at coffee shops. A little fun fact about Max: she is one of the shop's "famous" nepo babies, and she wears that title proudly.

Bridget joined the front desk as a side gig to her day job as an art teacher. She brings a warm smile and a bright personality to the table, as well as a knowledge of the creative arts.
When she has free time, she enjoys painting, playing silly video games, collecting plants, or chilling with her two cats.
JULES
(HE/HIM)
Jules is our newest front desk member, starting in late 2025. Spiked and silver jewelry is his go-to, and he loves traditional tattoo styles or anything spooky.
When he's not in the shop, he's being a nerd in the woods, doodling with spray paint, or jamming on the drums.
