TATTOOS
DO YOU ACCEPT WALKINS?
Yes, we accept tattoo walk-ins depending on our artists availability and what you are trying to get. If it not something we can take on day of, we will work with you to find a date for an appointment. If you have a certain artist in mind, just come in during their hours.
CAN I BOOK AN APPOINTMENT OVER THE PHONE?
Unfortunately, we do not book any tattoo appointments over the phone. This is so we can consult and accurately price your tattoo, as well as determine how much time it will take for the session. We also take an $80 deposit, and we do not take any payments over the phone. If you do not live in the Memphis area, we can book over email and pay the deposit via PayPal.
HOW DOES THE $80 DEPOSIT WORK?
The $80 deposit is a payment that secures your appointment and goes towards the total cost of your tattoo. It is non-refundable and non-transferable between different artists and services. If you cancel your appointment, you have 90 days from the date the deposit is paid to rebook. If you do not rebook within the 90 days, you will need to pay another deposit before rescheduling. In the case of a no-call, no-show, the appointment is forfeit, and you are required to pay another $80 deposit before rebooking.
PIERCINGS
DO YOU DO APPOINTMENTS FOR PIERCINGS?
We do not currently offer appointments for piercings. All piercing services are on a first-come, first-served basis. If you want to see a specific piercer, you can come in during their hours/days.
CAN I RETURN/EXCHANGE MY JEWELRY?
No, we do not offer returns or exchanges once the jewelry has been purchased or installed. We strongly recommend letting the piercer on staff measure you for accurate sizing before purchasing the jewelry if you are planning to install it yourself.
DOES MY PARENT HAVE TO BE THERE IF I'M A MINOR?
Yes, we require all minors to have a parent/legal guardian present when they are getting a piercing. We also require an ID for both the parent/legal guardian and the minor. For the minor's ID, we accept birth certificates as well as a passport or a driver's license/permit, so long as the adult present has a matching last name and/or address.
